Advances for Central Government Employees :-

HOUSE BUILDING ADVANCE - COMPUTER ADVANCE AND VEHICLE ADVANCE

Most of the VI Pay Commission orders are released with official notification (Gazette) followed by departmental confirmation and notification. But so far we have not come across notification with regard to advances for the purchase of Vehicles, Housing Loan etc.

Sixth pay commission says that all the loans/advances will be carried out by Banks with 2% subsidy on the eligible amount. Is it possible to know when the official orders will be released and reach the departments.

Hope many of the central governmental employees are eagerly waiting for the gazette notification and official communication.

After completion of the house, Who is the competent authority to issue completion certificate in respect of House? Whether it is the concerned officer who have approved the plan or the individual? and Who is the competent authority to issue expenditure certificate? Whether it is the builder or the architect who prepared the estimate? Please clarify.

Can I take loan from my department to repay bank loan. Is this facility is available ?

mr balwant you can take a loan for payment of your housing loan from a bank, if you had applied for the housing loan to your department before taking a loan from bank & your loan application was processed for loan eligibility & found to be eligible to sanction a housing loan but you could not be delivered the loan amount due to lack of fund.and also if you were eligible for a housing loan at that time it can now be sanctioned for repayment of a housing loan from a bank. Revised Pay Scale from 1.7.2017 for Karnataka Govt Employees Check Your Revised Pension / Family Pension as on 1.7.2017 REVISED SCALES OF PAY:  The existing scales of pay are revised as specified below:-  DATE OF EFFECT: The revised scales of pay shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2017. The monetary benefit of the revised scales of pay shall be admissible from 1st April 2018.
