This is regarding Children Education allowance claim format. This format has to be made simple further that is there is no need of giving certiciates of s.No.4,5,(as there is no restriction on failed students), 6(as children educational allowance is merged with tutition fee reimbursement),7(this has tobe modified by delecting the sentence in bracket),and adding one certificate stating that I certify that the above claim is made for my first/second child only. Further the above format should include space for reimbursement of books, notes, etc. also
