This is with reference to your DCRG calculation posted on 31-01-2009.
In your calcuation you are not adopting one fourth of the emoluments last drawn for each completed six monthly peirod of qualifying service.
kindly calrify

Sir,
the post regarding the DCRG is wrong and misleading. The maximum limit of DCRG is 33 times of emoluments las drawn. You are showing 45 times and 66 times is totally against the present rules

Sir,
Terms used are not in consonance with the rules. Gratuity is calculated on the basis of pay in the pay band +grade pay and DA on both multiplied by 1/4 month's pay for each year of service put in.The qualifying service for the purpose of gratuity is actual QS rendered plus a weightage of 5 years subject to total QS not exceeding 33 years

Sir,
Pls clarify whether Gratuity is admissible for post 2004 entrant. Kindly mention the relevant OM for a clear cut view. DCRG is suppose to be be paid for the post 2004 entrant as a provisional arrangement, till finalization of the NPS pension payment.
