Subject: Grant of financial upgradation under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme.

  

               In supersession of this Department's O.M. of even number dated 12th January, 2010, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been further clarified by Establishment (D) Assistants/DR Grade 'C' Stenographers who have got Non-functional grade (NFG) in the grade pay of Rs.5400/- would only be entitled for 3rd financial upgradation in the immediate higher grade pay of Rs.6600/- on completion of 30 years of continuous service or on completion of 10 years stagnation in a single grade pay, whichever is earlier.. No further financial upgradation would be admissible to such officials.

  

All the cadre/sub-cadre authorities are requested to deal with such cases accordingly.

If grade pay has changed from Rs.4200/- to 4600/- can central govt. employee will get family planning increment as per the grade pay i.e. in grade pay 4200/- it was 400/- then in grade pay Rs.4600/- can we get Rs.450/-. Please clarify.

No. Family Planning alloawance granted in the grade remains in the grade in which it was first drawn.

I am working in CPWD as a Jr. Engg. My wife delivered second bay girl on dated 13.09.2010 through cesearian process at a private hospital and subsequently the family planning also carried out during that time. The family planing certificate also got from that hospital.Please suggest me wheather shall I eligible for the family planing allowance as per rule or not.

yes, provided you get a certificate from the government hospital that the family planning operation has been carried out.
