As per sixth Pay circulars one has to complete six months service as on July,2006 to get increment .Now I am retiring in next year January . My Normal Increment is in July 2012. After my normal Increment in July,2012. I am retiring in Jan., 2013 . Though I have rendered more than six months service i.e. seven months service no increment is added for my pension calculation. Can I entitle for one Increment at the time of retirement as I completed seven months of service. ?

I m working as an AC in CRPF. I was on Army Attachment for 6 months in 2012 in J&K. As per SR 73 ccs rules I should get detachment allowance @ Rs 410 per day as I was deployed for ops duties and one is eligible to get full DA for 180 days on temporary attachment(ops duty) but CRPF PAO has returned my bills stating rule no. 46 (c) of CRPF rules stating that I m eligible for tour TA DA at reducing rates which is very minimum. Actually tour TA DA is only eligible while you are on tour. But as I was on attachment for 6 months for ops duties i must get the special detachment allowance prescribed for state of J&K. what should I do now..

Employees in my office are keeping local food bills for food purchased at airport located in Headquarters, claiming that TY duty ends at office/residence of HQ. Hence, after completion of ty duty and the individual purchases food on way back home from airport or if he purchases food in the local airport, can the same be reimbursed? I've been disallowing the same stating that absence of HQ ends when the plane lands at the airport in HQ. Kindly advise.
