To avail Home Town Conversion to NER, can a Central Government employee be starting from his headquarters during the end of April and returning back during the first week of May 2012 which shall be treated as HT LTC only? Similarly for Home Town Conversion to J&K, can a Central Government employee be starting from his headquarters on 17.06.2012 and returning back after this schemes which shall be treated as HT LTC only? that is considering if there is no further extension of the aforesaid two schemes beyond the last dates. Kindly reply immediately.

I have already completed one year in june 2011, but bcas of busy my schedule i havnt availed LTC in 2011. now i want to avail LTC for 2011..whether i m eligible or not or it was lapsed?..kindly clear my doubt
