Subject: Draft Common Seniority List (Part) of Private Secretaries of CSSS for the Select List Year 2005-circulation thereof.


The undersigned is directed to circulate herewith a draft Common Seniority List (CSL) of Private Secretaries of CSSS prepared in this Department for the Select List Year 2005 on the basis of: (a) PSs of CSSS appointed against Seniority Quota for the Select List Year 2005 and (b) PSs of CSSS appointment on the basis of the results of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2005 conducted by the UPSC.


2. Cadre Units are requested to circulate the Draft Common Seniority List to all the concerned officials and factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, may be bought to the notice of this Department.


3. Cadre Units are also requested to furnish the details regarding the Date of Birth/Date of Regular appointment in the PS grade which are not available with this Department in respect of some officers and have been indicated by mark in the Annexure along with any inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, within 15 days of the issuance of this O.M.,  i.e. by 16.08.2011 to enable this Department to finalize the Seniority List accordingly. Requests received after the stipulated date will not be entertained.

Subject : Maintenance and preparation of Annual Performance Appraisal Report of CSS Officers


             The undersigned is directed lo say that during the training on APAR monitoring of CSS officers organized by this Deptt. on 26th July, 2011, Nodal officers of Ministry’s/Deptts have stated about the problems of capturing the data for different stages/steps involved in completion of APARs in the monitoring software. In this regard attention of all the Ministries/Departments/Cadre Authorities of CSS is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 3rd February, 2010 inter-alia forwarding there with format of acknowledgement slips that will help in capturing data at various stages of completion of APARS. The O.M. is also available on the Departments website:

A new CGHS Wellness Center (No.88) has started functioning at Pocket-P Shalimar Bagh, under CGHS North Zone with effect from 16th July 2011.

Reconveyance for House Building Advance

Reconveyance for House Building Advance

Reconveyance:-

After the advance together with interest thereon is repaid in full , the property mortgaged to
the Govt. will be reconveyed to the official in the prescribed format [Form No.7 - Vide Rule 8 (d)].

The reconveyance deed shall be executed by this Head of department who ge'nerally accepts the mortgage deed on behalf of the President.

Registration of reconveyance deed is compulsory.

The Expenses in connection with the exection and registration of the reconveyance deed shall
be borne by the official concerned.

After the reconveyance deed has been executed and registered, it shall be made over to the concerned along with the mortgage deed, sale deed and other documents deposited by the official.

In case of Govt. servant dies interest and the advcance is recovered from gratuity or otherwise, reconveyance may be made to the heir. If there are more than one legal heir reconveyance can be done in favour of one them, after obtaining no objsction affidavit from others.

Sub:-Grant of Fixed Medical Allowance revised from Rs100 to RS 300 from 01 -09-2008 vide Boards letter No PC-V/2011/A/Med/1 dated 29-06-2010 to the Railway pensioners/family pensioners-clarifications regarding

Pursuant to receipt of references from Railway Federations etc. seeking to modify the Undertaking Form annexed with Board’s letter No PC-V/2006/A/Med/1,  dated 15-09-2009 (RBE No.168/2009) so as to ensure that the pensioners/family pensioners availing OPD facility for chronic diseases are not deprived of the Fixed Medical Allowance, the matter has been examined and it has been decided to modify the Undertaking Form suitably.


2. The revised Undertaking Form is enclosed. Henceforth, Railway pensioner/family pensioners who opt to claim Medical Allowance should submit the claim for Medical Allowance to the concerned Pension Disbursing Authority in the revised Undertaking Form.

3. Hindi version is enclosed.

(to be submitted in DUPLICATE by pensioners/family pensioners to his/her Pension Disbursing Authority (PDA) One copy to be retained by PDA and the other copy to be furnished to Pension Sanctioning Authority by PDA)

2. Accordingly I hereby opt to claim Fixed Medical Allowance of Rs.100 and / or Rs.300 per month as per prescribed rate. Necessary endorsement may please by made in my PPO in this regard. Simultaneously, I undertake that I will not avail of OPD facilities (except in cases of chronic diseases as mentioned in Board's letter No.2006/H/DC/JCM, dated 12.10.2006 at Railway hospital/Health Unit from the day I claim Medical Allowance. I also understand that grant of Medical Allowance is subject to the terms and conditions specified in Board's letter No.PC-V/2006/A.Med/1, dated 15.9.2009.

3. I also declare that I have not availed of any treatment as Out Door Patient (except in cases of chronic diseases as mentioned in Para-2 above) for the period from.................(indicate here the date of retirement or the date of availing OPD facility on the last occasion or 1.12.1997, whichever is later) to this day..............................(indicate here the date on which this declaration is signed). I may accordingly be paid arrear of Medical Allowance Rs.100 and /or Rs.300 per month for the period mentioned above as per prescribed rate.

4. The above information furnished by me is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
