Bonus and D.A. for central staff may be announced on 15th
According to reliable sources, the Cabinet may consider the proposal of hike of 7% Dearness Allowance w.e.f 01.07.2011 and diwali bonus to Central staff day after tomorrow, the 15th September. The railway employees are likely to get 78 days PLB, while the other Govt. employees may get 30 days' adhoc bonus, as per sources.

Fresh empanelment of private hospitals and revision of package rates applicable under CGH$. Jabalpur and Delhi.
The undersigned is directed to invite reference to this Ministry’s Office Memorandum of even number dated the 8th December 2010 and 21st February 2011 vide which hospitals were empanelled under CGHS, Jabalpur & NCR -Delhi at revised package rates payable to private hospitals for treating CGHS beneficiaries.
2. The undersigned is also directed to invite reference to the continuous empanelment scheme in Jabalpur and NCR of Delhi initiated through notification of Office Memorandum No. S.11011/23/2009-CGHS D.II/Hospital Cell (Part IX) dated 8th December 2010 and 21st February 2011 and enclose a further list of hospitals, which have qualified under the continuous empanelment scheme under the categories mentioned and have conveyed their acceptance of the CGHS rates and have signed the Memorandum of Agreement with CGHS and have also furnished the appropriate performance bank guarantee. These hospitals are also taken as included in the list of approved hospitals for empanelment under CGHS, Jabalpur and NCR of Delhi and will be eligible to treat CGHS beneficiaries at revised rates with effect from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum;

In pursuance of Rule 20 of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) Rules, 2009, Rule 20 of the Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service (CSSS) Rules 2010, and Rule 21 of the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS), Rules, 1962, the Central Government in Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training) hereby constitutes with immediate effect, a new cadre unit for Ministry of Shipping in respect of various grades of CSS/CSSS/CSCS, by carving out the same from the existing cadre unit of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
2. The sanctioned strength of various grades of CSS/CSSS/CSCS in the bifurcated cadres of Ministry of Shipping and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways will be as given in Annexure- 1. No new posts will be created in the bifurcated cadre-unit for setting up a system for cadre management/administration of CSS/ CSSS/CSCS personnel.
