Handing over of Land where quarter numbers 741 to 784 of type IV in sector 4 R.K. Puram are situated to DMRC

NOTICE

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. have proposed Construction of Janak Puri (West) Kalandi Kunj Corridor of Delhi MRTS Project, Phase III for which
they require one pocket of land at Munirka Opposite sector 4, R.K.Puram. This Directorate has been requested to provide land required by DMRC where quarter numbers 741 to 784 i.e. 44 quarters of Type IV category in sector 4, R.K.Puram are situated. It has been decided to hand over these
quarters in public interest and provide alternate accommodation to all the allottees according to their entitlements/availability.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: Fixation of Pay of All India Services on the grant of proforma promotion - regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s instructions regarding fixation of pay of All India Service Officers on grant of proforma promotion, issued vide letter No. 14021/5/2008-AIS-II, dated 29.09.2008,wherein it is provided that:

‘In case an IAS officer on deputation to a post gets promoted in his cadre to a post in a higher grade, his pay in the pay band will be fixed with
reference to the pay in the pay band of the officer immediately junior to him in the cadre of his service. However, the officer in question would continue to draw the grade pay attached to the deputation post for the remaining duration of the deputation.”

Indian Air Force offers opportunities for unmarried male Indian citizens from the State of Tamil Nadu, puducherry and Andaman Nicobar Islands to become an airman. The Recruitment Test for Technical, Non-Technical posts will be held at Sathya Stadium, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu from 12.2.2012 to 14.2.2012.

The educational qualification for the Technical Posts, passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science, Arts or Commerce subjects or equivalent vocational courses with minimum  50% marks in aggregate. Whereas the educational qualification for Non-Technical posts,  passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science, Arts or Commerce subjects and Diploma in any stream of Engineering from a Government recognised Polytechnic Institute with minimum  50% marks in aggregate.
