Expected DA from Jan 2014 - AICPIN for the month of August 2013 updated in the official portal of Labour Bureau...

Two points raised in the important statistics of Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers for the month of August, 2013. A press release has been issued by the Labour Bureau yesterday that the CPI (IW) Base Year 2001=100 has raised from 235 to 237 in the end of August 2013. 

Accordance with the AICPIN, the calculation of 'expected da from Jan 2013' is moved to one more step that as follows...

Expected DA from January, 2014 is 100%. AICPIN for Sept. 13 is 238 and if it increases two points each in next three months (total 6 points) the DA will be 100% if it increases 7 points then also it will be the same. But if the AICPIN increases 8 points in three months the DA will be 101%.
