Class naming convention is different for different schools. So what about nursery. One school admits a child of 4 in nursery some takes 3+ in nursery. So even if two children are of same age but in different schools one is in prenursery and one is in nursery ? So what about the reimbursement of tuition fee? Is there any age criteria?

"Children Education Allowance Scheme" - Classes from Nursery to Twelfth, here Nursery class means what, Is it one year earlier to class 1, two years earlier to class 2 or three years earlier to class 1.

Because some school pattern are like Nursery (3+ yrs), KG1(4+ yrs), KG2 (5+ yrs) and class 1 (6+ yrs), like wise Nursery, LKG, UKG, Class 1. These cases reimbursement is allowable as per rule for nursery class.

Whereas Delhi Public School pattern is Play Group or Pre-Nursery (3+ yrs), Nursery (4+ yrs), Preparatory (5+ yrs) and Class 1 (6+ yrs). If one children studying in DPS Pre-Nursery class, whether the reimbursement is allowable or not. Please clarify this.

An increase of 25% has been made Children Education Allowance w.e.f. 1-1-2011. I just want to know whether these increased rates will be apply for the period from 1-1-2011 to 31-3-2011 during the Session year 2010-2011 or not. I want to know is there any provision of Arrear of Children Education Allowance at the increased rates for the period from 1-1-2011 to 31-3-2011 as reimbursement of CEA was earlier made @Rs.12000/- p.a. now it is @Rs.15,000/- p.a.

Sir, Myself and my spouse is working for BARC, Trombay. My elder son completed his std I in the academic year 2011-12 from Dombivli (Pvt. school). In April, 2012, we have shifted our residence from DOmbivli to Navi Mumbai. My ward was enrolled in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Panvel, but for the same class ie Std I for the academic year 2012-13. Hence he was admitted twice in class I due to change of residence. On submission of RTF for the academic year 2012-13 for class I, we were denied RTF on the ground that he has repeated Class I for two times. As i checked with the rule position, I found that even if a child fails in a particular class, the reimbursement is permissible. Then why not, in case if the child passes out.. Please look into the matter and confirm us with a suitable reply indicating the rule position..
