If a penalty of three sets passes is imposed for six months on a Gr.B officer of Indian Railway in the month of July, employ appealed against this punishment in August and employ is working excellently since last three years and a cash award is recommended to all the employ who have done good work in a special audit conducted by out side agency in the third week of September. Recommendation for cash award is made in the last week of September. Award is granted in the first week of October after cutting that Gr.B officer name. My question is whether employ is fit for getting award or not? Next day employ gets his appeal result that working of employ since last three year is excellent so his punishment is reduced and i.e.only one set of pass for six month.

The govt should consider to revise some conditions like typing test of Assistant(DR),by these test it shows that govt is still having the thinking of 19 th century.Today computer profiency should be the qualification rather than typing test.as in the trainning these DR s are already made trained in the computer I think there is no need of typing test.
