The Increased D.A is not equivalant to the raising price of essential commodities. Hence Central Government Employees are not satisfied with this hike in DA.

For pensioners, there is no benefit for the increase of dearness allowance above 50%. They should also be given some sort of relief. At least 50% increase should be given in their basic pension and DA should be based on that after deducting the portion merged with basic pension.
Will somebody support this cause considering the sufferings of the old people served for the government throughout their lives.

I do agree with Mr. Hussain. The serving employees got the benefit of DA reaching above 50%, no benefit has been given to the retired employees, whereas dearness pinches everyone equally.

If the revised DA Hike is 7%, what will be the actual hike rate for pre revised scale for employees of autonomous bodies??

I do agree with your views. As with the existing employees, DA upto 50% should be merged with the basic pension and rest amount of DA should be calculated on new basic pension thereon.

WHEN THE ORDER FROM FINALCIAL MINISTRY WOULD BE ISSUED? TO DAY IS 30-09-2011. IN WEST BENGAL FESTIVE SEASONS (DURGA PUJA) BEGINS.THE MIDDLE MANAGEMENT OFFICERS ARE NOT GETTING BONUS (PLB). ARREAR OF DA WOULD TO SOME EXTENT COMPENSATE THEIR REQUIREMENT. ARE THEY NOT PART OF THE GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONARY ? DOES GOVT DO NOT THINK FOR ALL ITS EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS ? ANY BODY PLEASE GIVE SOME LIGHT TO THIS ASPECT.

DA Orders to be issued on 3/10/2011, However the DA of 7 % is not real figures as it is fabricated by Govt. The exact figure will be around 11%.

The Order issued by Min of Fin on 3-10-11 is silent reg. increase in DA to Pensioners. This appears to be unusual. Should the Pensioners await for seperate orders. Kindly elucidate.
