Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of CSSS with seven years of approved service for Level-I Training programme to be conducted by ISTM w.e.f 19/I 1/2012 to 07/12/2012-reg.

The undersigned is directed lo refer to this Department’s OM No. 20/28/2010-CS-II(A) dated 20/10/2011 (available on the web-site of the DoP&T) regarding Cadre Training Plan (CPT) for the officers / officials of Central Secretarial Stenographers Service (CSSS) and to say that Stenographers Grade ‘D’ with seven years of approved service, whose names are given in the (Annexure-I), are nominated to participate in the Level-I Training programme being conducted by the ISTM from 19/11/2012 lo 07/12/2012. It is requested that these officials may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Ms. Savita Sen. Assistant Director, ISTM, Administrative Block. JNU Campus (old), New Delhi at 9.00 AM on 19th November 2012.

In modification of this Department’s O.M. of even No. dated 09.07.2012, the rate of DA payable to the executives of CPSEs (1997 pay revision) may be as follows:

Subject:- Payment of DA to Board level/below Board level executives and non-unionized supervisors following IDA scales of pay in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) on 1987 and 1992 basis.

The undersigned is directed to refer to para No.3 of this Departments O.M. No. 2(50)/86-DPE (WC) dated 19.07 1995 wherein the rates of DA payable to the executives holding Board level post have been indicated. In accordance with the DA scheme spelt out in Annexure-II of the said OM, the installments of DA become payable from 1st January, 1st April, 1st July, 1st October, every year based on the price increase above quarterly Index average of 1099 (1960=100).

The undersigned is directed to refer to Para 2 and Annexure-III to this Department’s O.M. of even number datd 14.10.2008, wherein the rates of DA payable to the employees who are following CDA pattern has been indicated.

2. The DA payable the employees may be enhanced from the existing rate of 65% to 72% with effect from 01.07.2012.
