Interim relief @ 10% of basic pay with effect from 1.7.2014 will not a burdensome to Central Government. Very unfortunate days of central employees. No signal of 50% DA merger which we see from 1/4/2004, also seen. Both Pay Commission and Modi Government overlooked their employees. All are interested Modi Wave only. I am afraid that the days are not far central administration collapse in case fundamental rights of employees violated.

Please consider the plight of pensioners also. Railway employees, at the time of retirement, are given the option to select any nationalised bank to draw his pension. This facility may be given to all retiring central government employees / pnsioners. The pensioners in ICAR and DARE are denied this option. - Dr. Seeni Rengasamy, Ex. Principal Scientist, ICAR.

Pay revision should be from the date the DA Level reached 100 percent i.e. from 1.1.2014.Its logical to get consideration of Hon'ble PM and FM.As pay commission report can't
be finalized so early its justified to allow Interim Relief frm 1.1.2014.Retirement age of the Central staffs may not be considered and in case of necessities of experienced hands, some posts may be allowed to continue on a contractual basis.
