Kendriya Vidyalay Sangathan has intimated through an order that the KVS is planning to open 54 new KV Schools in various parts of India and the list is given below...

And KVS will issue sanction orders for opening the new KV and to make the Vidyalaya functional from Class I to V (Single section) with consequential growth based on feasibility.

The Additional Commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya has intimated to all regional offices that the enforcement of code of conduct has come into force with immediate effect, after announcement of Lok Sabha Elections 2014 by Election Commission of India today.

Accordingly, there is no inaugurations, shilanyas, stone laying ceremonies of any KV building etc., and in case of any clarification in this regard may be sought from the Headquarters in writing.

RESOLUTION

It is announced for general information that during the year 2014-2015, accumulations at the credit of subscribers to the General Provident Fund and other similar funds shall carry interest at the rate of 8.7% (Eight point seven per cent) per annum. This rate will be in force during the financial year beginning on 1.4.2014. The funds concerned are:—

I am directed to state that the question of Correlation of piece work rates in the Ordnance Factories Organisation to the revised pay scales, on the basis of recommendations of the 6th Central Pay Commission has been under consideration of the Government for some time and the President has been pleased to decided on the implementation of the new scheme of correlation of piece work rates as indicated below :-
