Pay commission is enemy of LDC and UDC. They are totally ignoring them. All people require fast, quality and corrupt free office in India but totally ignoring the well being of LDC and UDC, it will never be possible. Hence, the Pay commission must think, consider and give respectable salary by acknowledging the hard work done by LDC in subordinate offices of the country.

The 6th Pay Commission kept the LDCs/UDCs in dark by fixing less Grade Pay as well as stopping MACP on promotional hierarchy.

The 7th Pay Commission has completely pulled down the LDCs/UDCs by fixing the immediate next level of Pay Matrix either Promotion/MACP.

LDCs are not treated as MTS because of 100.00 in Grade Pay, else they are equivalent to MTS.

Kindly see the work pressure of the suffering LDCs/UDCs who are the backbones of any organization and please give minimum justice to them.

For a corrupt free, fast, prompt and efficient office, the salary of LDC and UDC must be given due importance so that they can also survive in the present day expensive world. But the successive Pay Commissions declining the salary of LDC and UDC of the subordinate offices of the country. LDC and UDC are also doing responsible works and service to the Nation.

B S SODHI, SUPERINTENDENT,DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
7TH PAY COMMISSION REPORT IS NOTHING BUT JUGGLERY OF FIGURES. IF YOU ONLY MERGE 100% DA IN YOUR BASIC AND THEN CALCULATE ON THE BASIS OF EXISTING ALLOWANCES, THEN ALSO THE PAY COMES MORE THAN AS PROPOSED IN 7TH PAY COMMISSION. HRA SHOULD BE KEPT AT OLD RATES, THEN ONLY WE WILL HAVE SOME HIKE.

The 7 th CPC pay matrix appears to be false and non sense. I can give an example where it is clear illogical. A employee in the level 10 after 34 yearly increments get around 148600 as basic pay. The same officer by getting 3 promotions reaches to level 13, as per present basic pay multiplied by 2.57 formula he will get basic pay fixed at only 1,41,600. This clears indicates that by getting 3 promotions in your 34 years of service will get less basic pay as per 7 th CPC than the same officer if the officer not accepted his promotions. How far it is justified.
