Therefore, while fixing pension the original pension should be multiplied by 2.72 for those who retired in Grade Pay 10,000( now level 14)and not by 2.57 as mentioned.
The matter may please be placed for consideration of the government to remove this anomaly.
Dr. P.S. Multiplication for level 7 ( GP 4600) is 2.62. As such while fixing pension it should be original pension multiply by 2.62 who retired in Grade Pay 4600( now level 7). And not by multiplying by 2.57 as mentioned.
D P Shaw. Please see the pay matrix. It is not 2.57 for all. In PB3 15600-39100 the multiplication factor is 2.67 and not 2.57 as taken by you. The multiplication factor has been rationalised It varies from 2.57 to 2.67. In some case it is 2.62 also. As for the examples you have given that is fine.Kindly check up.

S.V.Raghavan
IRSEERaghavan S.V.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16796307524204638350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4551795507017299639.post-32899285388973429202015-11-23T10:31:20.466+05:302015-11-23T10:31:20.466+05:30please please cancel the GRADE PAYS's Rs. 2000...please please cancel the GRADE PAYS's Rs. 2000 and Rs. 2400, since LDC's and UDC's are getting very less benefit, when they are getting MACP's.
SATISH, LDC, RAJAHMUNDRY.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4551795507017299639.post-16607305686941202882015-11-22T18:02:07.996+05:302015-11-22T18:02:07.996+05:30As per the fitment the person who retires after 30...As per the fitment the person who retires after 30 years in the same gp of 4600 will get more pension than the person who retires after putting in total service of 30 years in different gps i.e. 16 years in gp 4600, 13 years in gp 4800 and 1 year in gp 5400.
